Mascot

Juanjolote is Capitanes’ mascot; he's a Mexican amphibian basketball fan that likes to cheer for Capitanes in all their games. 

Axolotls are found exclusively in the lake complex of Xochimilco, near Mexico City. They are considered a critically endangered species.

He is enthusiastic, he lives and enjoys basketball games as any fan of the sport; funny: he makes jokes (being respectful) to make fans laugh. He always has a positive attitude. 

He's friendly. In each game, he goes up the stands to spend time with all fans. He likes interacting with other mascots; active, he dances, plays, cheers up, and motivates fans to have the best mood during the games.

He's brave, he’s not afraid to face new challenges, and always creating new activities to entertain Capitanes’ fans.
